Our customers appreciate our capability to be 100% transparent with information. Our SkySuite desktop auditing feature enables us to provide on-demand customer access to photographs showing works completed and all associated documentation.

To maintain a high level of service we require all installers to upload before and after photos of the installations they are completing. This has proved to be a key component in the success of our quality output, encouraging our installers to take pride in their work and deliver first class service.

The added benefit of this method of quality control is that photos are archived against the job number and are able to be easily referenced. This enables Skygreen to offer customers the ability to login to Skygreen’s systems and audit their quality assurance processes.
